Great week
We just had a great week at Cassina Palms. The house location is great: oceanfront and close to Coligny shops. The main level was very spacious with 2 sitting areas and a large kitchen. The house was stocked well with beach gear- chairs, umbrellas, towels and even some boogie boards. The kitchen was lacking a bit in the supplies, meaning the amount of dishes/silverware/cups and I wish there were plastic cups to take to the pool, but we just used paper plates most of the week. When I asked about a griddle Brian went out and bought one so it was there when we arrived, which was very kind. The ice maker was such a great feature. It is a large house that has 3 levels, so if you have a larger group it's going to be hard to keep cool in the heat of summer. We bought some box fans for rooms.

Great place
Our family had a wonderful vacation staying at Cassina Palms. The house is designed well, so there was a lot of privacy for each of the families. One thing that amazed us was how well it is stocked with supplies. You do not need to bring beach chairs, towels, beach boards as there are more than enough. Brian was more than accommodating. When we were there the temps were in the high 90’s, so Brian bought a couple of box fans and brought them over to help circulate the air in the top floor. The Ice machine, Vitamix and Keurig were an added bonus. It is a quick walk to the beach and the pool was delightful. There is a lot of room indoors and outdoors. It was a great pick for a family vacation!

Great stay
We had a great week at the beach. The house was as advertised. Our daughter and son-in law and family had a wonderful time as well. They loved having the upper level to themselves. There was only a minor issue with the remote not working for TV and Brian was quickly on site and fixed the problem. We can recommend this house to anyone that comes to Hilton Head with a large family. Our dog "Bella" loved the beach too.
