Ours is one of only six townhomes that share a lovely tropical-designed common space with a pool, BBQ area, and an ocean view gazebo. Enjoy a luxurious residence that overlooks Costa Rica's gorgeous Pacific coastline, the mouth of the Tamarindo River, and the beautiful Playa Grande Las Baulas National Park. The views are simply breathtaking! Las Mareas Villa 3 offers a very rare rental experience in Tamarindo. We provide the nearly-impossible-to -find-elsewhere in Tamarindo combination of gated security, paved roads with a very easy drive to the condo, elevated balconies that provide simply spectacular views of Playa Tamarindo, the Estuary and Playa Grande. And, we are easily walkable to the beach and center of town. You will love this location and your accommodations. Our guests are able to utilize the entire condo as well as the parking and pool area Melissa and I live nearby in Playa Flamingo so are available to address any issues that may occur during your stay. We also have e a wonderful property manager, Elsie, who is able to assist and performs as a sort of personal concierge to help you with any questions about the accommodations, hiring a personal chef, grocery shopper, and transportation arrangements. The Las Mareas community is located in Tamarindo’s most sought-after gated community- El Tesoro. You will be only 200 meters to the beach and two of Tamarindo’s best beachfront restaurants- Pangas and Red Door. From these restaurants it is about a five minute walk to the center of Tamarindo and wonderful shops and restaurants. We require that our guests be respectful of the five other condo’s- most of which are not rented. Have a great time but no loud music or belligerent behavior that disturbs other condo occupants will be tolerated. Our condo is perfect for your family vacation or three groups of friend-couples that want to experience all that Tamarindo and Costa Rica has to offer.
