The 2nd floor features a large gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, dining area and two separate living rooms as well as 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The bedroom facing the ocean is outfitted with queen bedding and has a private en-suite bath. The other 2 bedrooms are outfitted with a queen beds and share a full hall bath with oversized shower. We are Melissa and Brian and have we have recently moved to Hilton Head Island from Rochester, Michigan. We absolutely LOVE the glorious weather and spectacular surroundings of the South Carolina Low Country and Hilton Head Island.
Brian is the former founder and CEO of a successful consumer electronics company and Melissa is a former HR Director for a very large government supplier. We are semi-retired and now dedicate our full-time attention to the management of our five Hilton Head Island short-term rental properties.
We pledge to our guests that they will arrive to a meticulously-cleaned property stocked with fresh linens, towels, beach towels and chairs, and fully-stocked kitchens. We are also a phone call away should any issues occur during your stay.
