Location, Location, Location!

Seacrest is without question the best condo choice for your Hilton Head Island vacation.  It is oceanfront and located directly across a quiet street from Hilton Head's unofficial downtown- Coligny Plaza, which is loaded with unique restaurants, shops, watering holes and fun entertainment.  And the world-famous Tiki Bar with continuous entertainment and several beach volleyball courts is just a short walk away.  Seacrest features beautiful ocean-facing landscaping with large koi ponds, an enormous outdoor hot tub, two very large heated swimming pools right off the ocean, and a poolside bar and grill hosted by local legend, Pool Bar Jim.  When you stay at Seacrest you feel like you are staying at a five-star resort.  And you leave your car in the covered parking garage and walk (or bike ride), to everything. 

Our one-bedroom DELUXE ocean-view villa is really more like a two bedroom given similar square footage as Seacrest two-bedrooms, tucked-away bunk beds that are large enough to accommodate adults, two luxurious full bathrooms and 1160 square feet of pure luxury! It shows like a model after a significant renovation in early 2017. Nearly everything is new!  Located on the 2nd floor our villa is an end unit, which offers additional square footage as well as more windows!! A balcony off the living room offers a partial view of the ocean, along with tropical landscaped shrubs and palm trees that surround the property. From the front entrance of the villa, there is a master bedroom on the left decorated in a soothing color scheme. There is a king bed, 42 inch flat screen TV, and a dresser. A closet provides storage belongings & extra bedding. The spacious private master bath provides a large soaking tub, large dual-sink vanity and tiled shower. The second full bath features marble flooring and offers a shower and vanity. 

Guests will feel inspired to whip up a gourmet meal in the newly updated kitchen. Features include quartz counter tops, and a breakfast bar with 4 tall counter chairs. Serve a special family dinner in the dining area featuring a wood dining table and six chairs. It will certainly be easy for a large family of 6 to relax in the tastefully decorated living room. There is a new queen-sized sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs for TV viewing or family gathering.
