The vacation rental properties featured on HHIVacay.com are owned and operated by Brian and Melissa. Originally from Rochester, Michigan, we relocated to the Hilton Head area in 2015 and quickly fell in love with the lifestyle and community. Since then, we have thoughtfully built a portfolio of five short-term vacation rental properties on Hilton Head Island and three vacation rental properties in the Guanacaste Province of Costa Rica.

As local owners, we are hands-on in the management of all our properties and are fully committed to providing an outstanding guest experience. In Costa Rica, we work closely with a trusted bi-lingual property manager who ensures our guests receive the same level of care and attention when we are in Hilton Head. On Hilton Head Island, all of our properties are located in the Coligny Plaza area—widely regarded as the best location on the island to enjoy beaches, shopping, dining, and entertainment. Our Hilton Head collection includes three stylish condos and two oceanfront homes, and our goal is to welcome you back year after year. In Costa Rica, we offer two condos in the highly rated Playa Flamingo and one condo in the popular surf and tourist destination of Tamarindo.
